Our regular customer ordered the Double Layer Roll Forming Machine ( J ribs & Corrugated) and Cut to Length Line in 2019. 👉NEWS. This year, he re-ordered the same Double Layer Roll Forming Machine to expand his business. 

Firstly, we finished and tested the machine with our domestic materials G550, it works well, 👉VIDEO.

But our customer told us the material they will use is G750, then we told him to send us some materials to test the machine. We found the cutting part works not well. 👇 

The main reason is the hardness of the materials are different. Then our engineer came out the plan, we make another set of the cutting blades to cut the G750 materials. The customer agreed this. 

Secondly, this client visited our factory to test the machine, and our engineer teached him how to change the cutting blades and how to operate the control box. 

The customer is very satisfied with our machine, the machine will be exported in 2023-8-8.
