We are proud to announce that today, our factory completed the shipment of an R101 roll forming machine, which will soon make its way to Mexico. This marks another successful international delivery for our company and highlights the growing global demand for reliable and efficient metal forming equipment.

The R101 roll forming machine is engineered to produce the widely used R101 trapezoidal roofing profile. Known for its excellent structural strength, water resistance, and aesthetic appearance, the R101 panel is commonly used in industrial buildings, commercial facilities, and residential roofing throughout North and Central America.

Our team worked diligently to ensure that the machine met the specific requirements of our Mexican customer, a steel products manufacturer located in a fast-developing industrial zone. This is their first order from us, and we are honored by their trust and decision to choose our equipment to expand their production capabilities.

The machine includes the following components:

• A 5-ton manual decoiler for smooth feeding of metal coils

• A main roll forming unit equipped with 24 precisely machined roller stations

• A hydraulic post-cutting system for clean and accurate cutting

• A PLC control panel with a touch screen interface for intuitive operation

• A hydraulic power station and a full set of spare parts

Before the shipment, the R101 roll forming machine underwent a complete trial run and strict quality inspection at our facility. Our engineers verified forming speed, profile accuracy, material compatibility, and cutting precision. Once approved, the machine was carefully packed, secured inside a shipping container, and loaded for transport.

The container left our factory today and will soon depart from Shanghai Port, bound for Mexico by sea. The journey is expected to take approximately four weeks. Once the machine arrives, the customer will receive detailed installation guidance, remote technical support, and operational training. If necessary, our overseas service team can also provide on-site assistance.

This shipment is part of our expanding export portfolio and reflects our continued efforts to serve customers across Latin America. The R101 machine is one of our best-selling roll forming lines due to its stable performance, cost-efficiency, and adaptability to various metal materials such as pre-painted galvanized steel, aluminum-zinc alloy sheets, and more.
