Shipment Update: Two Roll Forming Production Lines Dispatched to Brazil on December 11

Dec 12, 2025

On December 11, our production facility completed a significant shipment involving two highly specialized roll forming production lines destined for one of our long-term customers in Brazil. The two machines—the multi-size Light Gauge Steel (LGS) roll forming machine and the 2-in-1 roof batten roll forming machine—represent advanced engineering, precise automation, and years of accumulated technical expertise within our company. This shipment follows the earlier delivery of an overhead crane purchased by the same customer, reflecting his continued confidence in our manufacturing standards, engineering solutions, and after-sales service.

Fully Automated Multi-Size LGS Machine: Six Profiles in One Line

The multi-size LGS machine is one of the most versatile roll forming solutions currently available in the global market. Designed for customers who require multiple profile sizes for steel framing and modular construction systems, this machine can produce six different C and U profile sizes. Instead of requiring manual repositioning of rollers, the machine features a robust industrial computer control system that handles all width and height adjustments digitally.

Operators can input the desired dimensions directly from the control panel, and the system automatically adjusts the roll positions. This not only reduces setup time but also ensures precise accuracy across different production batches. In industries where standardization and high repeatability are essential—such as steel-structure housing, drywall framing, and light construction systems—the machine provides reliability and significant operational efficiency.

In addition, the LGS machine shipped this time is equipped with a HP industrial inkjet marking system. The printer allows information such as production codes, project labels, or installation directions to be applied directly onto the steel profiles. This feature is particularly valuable for construction companies working on large-scale or phased projects, enabling better material organization and traceability.

Space-Saving 2-in-1 Roof Batten Roll Forming Machine

The second machine included in the December 11 shipment is the 2-in-1 roof batten roll forming machine, engineered for customers who require two different batten profiles but want to minimize equipment investment and production-area usage. Instead of building two separate machines, our engineering team incorporated both profiles into a single shared-shaft structure, placing each tooling set side by side.

Although the machine can produce only one profile at a time, switching between the two is quick and straightforward, eliminating the lengthy adjustments associated with conventional multi-line installations. This compact design reduces footprint, lowers energy consumption, and simplifies maintenance. For small to medium-size factories—or companies expanding production in phases—this design offers strong cost-performance value.

Strengthening Our Presence in the Brazilian Market

Brazil continues to be one of the most promising and fast-growing markets for metal construction technologies, with increasing demand for lightweight steel framing, prefabricated structures, and modern roofing materials. Our customer’s repeated purchases demonstrate both the reliability of our products and the effectiveness of our technical support.

The latest shipment showcases our commitment to providing customers with integrated production solutions that combine efficiency, flexibility, automation, and long-term value. As these two production lines make their way to Brazil, they will soon contribute to the customer’s expanded manufacturing capability and competitive advantage in the regional construction market.

We look forward to deepening cooperation with more partners in Brazil and across Latin America, while continuing to deliver world-class roll forming machinery and professional support.
