KR18 sheeting is known in the construction market as a structural steel corrugated profile and roofing system. It is based on a SSR roofing system. Complete pieces are produced, which will help prevent potential leaks. The corrugated sheeting does not require drilling for installation thanks to its hidden clip-based fastening. It has no length limitations and is manufactured in a single piece from gutter to ridge.
The SSR or Standing Seam Roof system used with KR18 sheeting consists of a hidden clip system that allows the material to be secured to other corrugated steel sheets of the same type. This system also allows it to withstand adverse climates that cause problems in installations that have not previously had KR18 corrugated roofing
Power Source: Electric motor
Features:
Easy to operate with digital controls
Lower noise and cleaner operation
Ideal for light to medium-duty use
Best For: Factories or workshops with stable power supply
2.Hydraulic KR18 Machine
Power Source: Hydraulic system
Features:
Stronger power and higher forming force
Suitable for thicker materials or high-speed production
Requires regular maintenance of hydraulic components
Best For: Heavy-duty applications and large-scale production
3.Trailer-Mounted KR18 Machine
Power Source: Electric or hydraulic (with optional generator)
Features:
Fully mobile, mounted on a trailer
Convenient for on-site roll forming
Reduces transport issues with long panels
Best For: Roofing projects at construction sites or remote areas
Power Source:
Electric KR18: Powered by an electric motor. It needs a stable electrical power supply to operate.
Hydraulic KR18: Operated using hydraulic power, typically driven by a hydraulic pump and motor system.
Control and Operation:
Electric KR18: Easier to control with precise speed and movement adjustments. Often comes with digital control panels.
Hydraulic KR18: Offers strong force and is more suitable for heavy-duty operations, but control may not be as precise as electric.
Maintenance:
Electric KR18: Generally requires less maintenance and is cleaner (no risk of hydraulic fluid leakage).
Hydraulic KR18: Requires regular maintenance of hydraulic fluid, hoses, and seals.
Portability:
Electric KR18: Usually lighter and more portable, ideal for indoor or factory environments.
Hydraulic KR18: Heavier and often bulkier due to the hydraulic system; better suited for stationary or outdoor heavy-duty applications.
Performance:
Electric KR18: Suitable for light to medium tasks with a focus on efficiency and precision.
Hydraulic KR18: Capable of handling more powerful, continuous, or intensive tasks.
